Initially, I thought this was an interesting as how can one organisation, ITAL Group Limited, be responsible for 1) an Independent Appeals Service (asparking.com), and 2) a business (IRCAS) working on behalf of multiple transport organisations for the administration and collection of outstanding penalty notices.
If I'm not mistaken however, the latter is for train fare penalties as opposed to Parking penalties.0 -
