Not sure how this works but e-bay has something called Square Trader(?) I think that's the name, anyhow they work as go between for both of you, I am sure it's free it may be worth looking into.

If it was damaged in the post they why can't she claim against the post office?

I really wouldn't recommend Square Trade. It only works if both you and the seller are both willing to compromise. If you've already emailed the seller and she won't compromise when you ask, she won't compromise when ST asks either. She doesn't have to, nothing will happen to her via ST if she doesn't. It's a complete waste of time.
What did I do at work before I discovered MSE?!

DFD - WAS: a while ago

NOW - not sure, due to boyfriend going back to uni for masters and now pgce. Worth it in the long run!

Dear Bargain Babe, I am having a 'blonde moment' day and you are quite right. I didn't mean to say that I agreed with la_fleur, I actually meant to say that I agreed with paracaine although I am confusing myself now...

You know I have my odd moments BB, I really wouldn't have noticed it so thanks <BG>

lol, I wasn't nit picking Soo, I just thought it was odd as it didn't add up with what you were saying. I have blonde moments all the time....the joys of being a blonde!
