    It's probably not as bad as the much more usual trick of starting a fresh thread off asking about something for which there is already an active thread running. Or where typing the question straight into google would give the answer as the first result.

    Tbe I don't think it's too bad at all.

    Maybe such threads need to be made a sticky, instead of 500 threads on the same subject.

    As a long time MSE user who doesn't use this boaed much it makes looking for such subjects a damn site easier.
