Something for people to mull on as we are now beginning to draw toward the end of this MFiT.. I would like to step back after T5 having managed it & T4, so if there is someone/persons who would like to step up and take over with T6 please let me know. I'm happy to chat through it via message etc but its not arduous at all, all the templates are there with a how to crib sheet.- Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted

Another quarter flown by!Thankfully it has been a brighter and more optimistic quarter than the year that preceded it! Vaccinations going well, and there's the prospect of restrictions loosening a little further soon. The optimism seems to have buoyed the market too - my pension in particular has made great leaps forward recently ☺️I'm happy to say that as things stand we have smashed this MFiT challenge, and we now sit at 108% of the original target 😎 Of course this could very well drop below 100% again - it's not over til it's over, but crossing the line feels good regardless! Thanks for running the challenge Trix. Sorry to hear you're stepping down, but I understand. Hopefully someone will take up the reins for next year. Not sure if I'll be taking part myself yet, feels a little like maybe "my work here is done".Good luck to you all, I'm looking forward to seeing your updates ☺️3

I only saw your post now - if you haven't found anyone to take over yet, I'd love to help out. I'm updating for the yearly MFW challenge anyway, so would be more than happy to run this one too. Completely understand if you have someone else in mind though, I mean it's been a while since you posted this8 -

No one else has enquired about the position& it certainly makes sense for it to be more hand in hand with the annual challenges. i'll drop you a message

@trix-a-belle thanks so much for having done this, it’s made a huge difference to me and kept up motivation where it would have lapsed otherwise. I can see the light at the end of the mortgage tunnel because of you!“Just keep swimming, swimming, swimming” 🐠https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6098084/discount-duck-s-quest-for-mortgage-freedom#latest1
