The Mortgage Free in Three - Take 5 challenge (MFiT-T5)

I was just short of clearing it in time, but with all things considered I am very happy to be in this situation, a lot has changed in the last 3 years, most notably my daughter joining us in the summer of 2019.  So without my wife going down to 4 days, my daughters nursery fees I probably would have done, would I swap my current situation? Absolutely not

We should clear it in the next 12 months then we can start thinking about what next.
