Should I leave out section 3. Would that void any other sections?

Of course Mum does NOT sign a a lie, of course #3 needs to come out (completely):
    3. It is denied that the Defendant was the driver of the vehicle
How is it not obvious to newbies not to copy stuff like that if they were the driver?

Thanks. I was the driver in my previous case, but they couldn't prove it.

That is a very different situation then DENYING, if it is untrue.

Just about to email the directions questionnaire to the CCBC. It's it ok to send to the claimant using info@oneparking.co.uk?

Address for service is normally on the original claim form from Northampton CCBC. You should send it to the claimant - who may not be the PPC.

You cannot serve on them using email unless you have their permission to do so. Its unlikely you would have this, so you use the address on the claim form.

Why contact OPS direct? Makes no sense, surely they are using a solicitor.

It was my misunderstanding of "send to all parties".

The case has been assigned to a court in Essex. This is miles away from our local one. It's it possible to get it reassigned?
