He can't; it was allocated to Chichester by the courts I think. Same Judges, quite possibly.

Quick update, they discontinued a week before the hearing. A bitter sweet result. I wanted to see them lose in court, especially after all the work put in. Thanks to everyone here who helped, it's greatly appreciated!10
