Hi all
Two questions, firstly does slimming world still have a slightly stricter variation? I think there was one before called speed something?
Secondly - are there any joining offers?

Isn’t extra easy the regular plan?
I’m talking about the slightly stricter version of it, I’m sure it had speed in the title. And I think you must mean SP (Speed Protein) kim. Briefly it's low carb so meals are 50:50 Speed (most fruit and vegetables) and the other half protein (fish, meat, eggs, pulses etc). HTH
Sorry perhaps you mean what maman said, but why go strict like that straight in i always understood it was if you wanted too boost your weight loss not an every day plan?Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -

I’m very disappointed. Not an official weigh in, but a sneaky peek and I seem to be up a lb.
Whilst I having been counting syns as such, I have stuck to my rules of no alcohol and no snacking.
Makes me wonder what’s the point as I was drinking like a fish and eating heaps of cheese and crackers at 10pm before new year and I was staying the same!
Today’s plan:-
B - coffee
L - omelette with cheese (hea), tomatoes, ham
Muller Greek yog
Hula hoop puffs (3.5)
D - enchilada lasagne (hea and heb it maybe syns if I have had all my hea)
Pineapple salsa
S tea
Alpen barPink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010
Mortgages (End 2017) - £180,235.03
(End 2021) - £131,215.25 DID IT!!!
(End 2022) - Target £116,213.810 -

Don't get disheartened pollyanna24... Keep at it and you will reap the benefits in the long term. I know it is hard but we have to make adjustments to what we eat and our bodies getting used to it. Once we achieve that it becomes easier. Most importantly is take the bad weeks with the good and don't give up.[STRIKE]68 [STRIKE]Mouses[/STRIKE] [/STRIKE]
OMG, I'm rich! Silver in the hair, Gold in the teeff, Crystals in the Kidney, Sugar in the blood, Lead in the butt, Iron in the arteries and an inexhaustible supply of natural gas! I never thought I would accumulate such wealth!! :rotfl::rotfl:0
