I need to ask a question about the Christmas Zone - 12 tasks of Christmas please.

I have clicked through on a couple of the signposts to do tasks but when I come back to the signpost page they haven't changed to acknowledge that I have completed the task.

Do the signposts change or are we just meant to remember which ones we have done? Anyone have any ideas please?

Yeah I thought that as I didn't look at the answer just clicked through and answered 3, which it is, and it told me that I'd got it wrong! Excuse me, I know my literature!

I emailed them and told them my sorting office could not track the envelope as it was not sent recorded, and they definately had no mail for me. PB sent replacements within 3 days after that;)

If it helps im in the same situation, I ordered my boots voucher at the beginning of October and have still not received anything, I emailed pigsback and they wrote back and said they had sent them and I needed to contact the post office, I did indeed contact the post office who said they could not do anything unless I had proof of posting. I sent another mail to pigsback and said that the post office were unable to help me without proof of posting and they wrote back asking for me to confirm my address. I have sent them another email today with my address so I will see what they have to say. I think its worth you contacting pigsback again.

EDIT - Tried the 10 point one on OH's account and got entered into the 2000 point draw and no extra 10 piggy points so I guess this is hit and miss. Try it and see.
