i ordered vouchers just before half term. one £10 for me and a few days later a £10 on my dh account. we never receieved them so emailed pigsback. they say they sent them out to us and to contact the royal mail.

isnt it strange how both have gone missing. pigsback make it sound like well we sent them, tuff !!. they get sent in an envelope marked on the back so postal workers know they contain vouchers dont they !!! so all my clickin and shopping theu pigsback was for nothing then ??? sounds like it grrr so mad.

think P.B may have got the answer to this question wrong thought it was only three..... past present and future so decided to look it up on wikapedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ebenezer_Scrooge and this confirms it.

Ring you local sorting office, ask if they have any post for you. They will no doubt say no. Then email PB, say you have contacted sorting office, no sign of your vouchers, and ask them to send out new vouchers. I have had to do this in the past and they replaced the voucher that didnt arrive, and other MSEers have also had to do the same.
Why PB dont send these vouchers by recorded delivery I will never know :rolleyes:
