I have done this i ordered £40 boots on the 15th october and they still havent arrived so i emailed them,and they have resent them today but recorded delivery this time.

There seems to be a lot of people having trouble receiving their vouchers,

my neighbour has told me that he ordered a total of £50 worth of boots/arcadia vouchers on 3 seperate occassions (4th, 5th and 11th nov) and hasn't received any of them, he emailed them today and they said to give it another 2 weeks,
What's the point-if they haven't arrived after 14 days surely they won't be turning up now.
It seems very strange for 3 seperate lots to go missing-1 yes but not 3, I wonder if they have actually been sent out in the first place,


Also my son ordered a £10 boots voucher on 5th november and he's still waiting for that, emailed them a couple of days ago ang they said to give it 14 days, actually I'll tell him to email them about it again as it's been 14 days.

I am also one of the many who hasn't received my last order of Boots vouchers. I emailed PB but they said the usual, get in touch with your sorting office blah blah blah.

It's now been nearly four weeks and I have again emailed them today. I need those vouchers, I am relying on them for Xmas pressies. I have asked them if they sent them by recorded post as it was £60 worth! Will wait for their reply.

I am wondering if they have 'gone astray' as it's the third item this year I haven't received. One being an ebay parcel earlier in the year and another was a birthday present for my daughter from a friend. Where do these parcels and letters end up???
