My guess is it's like those adverts on tv about a free introductory course on how to make money out of property. You get a sweetener introductory course, but lots of it will be a sales pitch to get you to buy into whatever scheme/tutoring or whatever they are trying to pedal.
You don't seriously think they're going to put efforts into telling you how to make money and expect no return do you?!
See http://www.insidetrack.co.uk/index.aspx/pcms/site.courses.course_detail/course_id/100D0131-1343-FD12-28739937F8FBE3F2The talk lasts about an hour and gives a first taste of what you could gain from the Inside Track programme:
I wouldn't waste your time myself. Property investment is not going to be a big money maker anyway now the way the economy is going.
I have gone off pigsback. The rewards have gone down and the site's gone down the pan. Was good in it's day though.0 -
