Im really pleased, i bought a return train ticket from salisbury to bath through southwest trins for me and my two children for 8.65 and this morning i have had 450 piggy points added. Im shocked at how quick it was and how easy for once.

Nope, mine has been dragging on since spetember. I had the usual rubbish response off amy that i wasnt on the file, I took it higher and apparently they are in communication with riverbelle to try and get it sorted but its just not funny any more, i was hoping for the 50.00 in vouchers before christmas.

I have just emailed them again about my points, so we will wait and see.

Hello, *shy wave* is anyone else having the problem with daily christmas quiz showing up as already completed or is it just me?! Had this before with the spotlight quiz...

Mine worked fine from the link on here, have had similar problems with the spotlight like yourself too, try a bit later in the day again sometimes it corrects itself;)

Has anyone received points from Catalogue Link or Seat? Both are for 100 points but I did them on 22nd Oct and no points yet. Looks like yet another chase-up might be needed :rolleyes:

I bought two tickets to London on Sunday for £49.30 and so far have had zilch piggy points

Can't see what I did wrong? I went thru Pigsback....... :rolleyes: I've emailed them so we'll see what happens

I still havent recieved my Amazon points and its been a month. I have emailed them but I get fed up having to email them all the time for points missing- especailly when Im not the only one that hasnt recieved Amazon points.

Hi - you are not alone - I have been waiting since october (placed order on 10th oct) and I have just sent them an email to see where my points are.

Me too! I have bought tickets via PB twice now and both sets of points were added the next morning. Very impressed. :beer:
