Same for me! I opened up PB this morning to a shocking balance & thought oh I must have won a quiz!

River Belle Bingo regular customer: 07 Dec 2007 1000
I joined with RiverBelle on (checks date of screen shot files) 10 November & was really pleased that they showed up with no chasingAfter some of the comments on here I was all prepared with confirmation emails & screenshots
Just 1 outstanding now which is my recent Lovefilm registration, but that won't be until after the New year I reckon as I only signed up on 27 November.Sad because you don't know what to do? Comping question? Take a look in the Comping Guide to find out0 -
I agree that points seem to only go on after lots of chasing. Everything I seem to do for points these days needs chasing. I have loads outstanding and it does put you off using sometimes because you know that you have to keep on top of it to get the points. They should come through when they say they will. Chasing points should be the exception (everyone makes mistakes) but it has become the rule. LiloLive on £4000 a year again for 20110

Shop around a bit then let John Lewis know, hun - 'never knowingly undersold' is their promise, they're always good at price matching x
It had been about £40 cheaper at John Lewis than anywhere else but no indication that it was an 'offer' price. It takes me ages to research and pick appliances and this one had been a really good buy. Guess I'll have to go back to the drawing board... :cool:If I hadn't seen such riches, I could live with being poor...0 -

I was incredibly surprised to log in today and find an extra 5000 points for my RiverBelle casino sign-up, main reason being that there was a problem with my signing up which meant they ended up just refunding my initial £25 deposit.
I have now ended up with £60 of JL vouchers this month (anyone know how long they take to deliver?), and due another 3000 points for other gambling sign-ups within the last week.
I also ended up winning £90 on my CyberSlotz account from my initial £10 deposit, so that is winging its way also.
Woo-hoo.....Money Earned thru MSE
Reclaimed Bank Charges from Lloyds TSB - £3700
PigsBack.com - £61.79
Various winnings thru Gambling signups (deposit £10, get back £10 in Pigsback points type offers) - £178
GFK Mystery Shopping - £42
RetailEyes Mystery Shopping - £9 (but then told not up to scratch – paid anyway)0 -
I also got my Riverbelle points, without having to chase, yay! Thought I'd won another quiz this morning lol. However, I have just forwarded order confirmation emails from Office and Avon to Rachel as requested... Let's see if anything happens!
VelvetGlove, how did you get another 1000 points out of Riverbelle?**Thanks to everyone on here for hints, tips and advice!**:D

wow. opened my piggy page this morning to find an extra 5,000 points:eek: . I checked to see where they came from and was shocked to find they were form riverbelle I didn't think it would be that much, not complaining tho:rotfl: . I have just ordered £50 of CDwow vouchers, I usually order boots vouchers so I'm not sure what happens with the vouchers. Do I get a code in an email
if so how long does it take to be sent
I've never ordered them myself but from other peoples' posts you get a code in an email, and whatever you don't spend stays on the electronic code, so make sure you don't delete it if you don't spend the whole balance in one go!**Thanks to everyone on here for hints, tips and advice!**:D

Have just had an email from Rachel in Customer services advising that they can't trace my order with 24Studio, so is void even though I clicked through the site, so a word of warning if you use this retailer and submit the free delivery code you are unable to enter the pigsback code for points. A saving of £4.99 (free delivery) is still better than 120 points though.
I am still awaiting a response for the £200 plus order from Toys R Us.
I think this maybe another case of getting to big to quickly and they can't cope with demand, is this the reason for cutting the value of the click through points! I wonder....
I have emailed them and advised that if they don't sort out the rewarding of points there are plenty more cashback sites people will go to. It is a shame as I like the site but TopCashback seem to be a little better. I also use Quidco, but have been put off by the negative comments with claiming rewards.
Just keep your order confirmations and email them when the time is up. I am sure the more messages they receive, will force them to clean up there act.0 -

Well i hope its just a blip as i really do love pigsback but i cant fathom the energy to keep up chasing them all the time.
Grrrr. Sorry all....just a little vent of my frustration.
I totally agree, if they're promising to provide a service and they're not... But then at the same time, we're getting something for nothing. Ok, if I hadn't been getting piggy points then there's no way I'd have signed up to all the gambling sites or probably bought anything from Avon. I do prefer quidco as you can see usually pretty quickly whether it's tracked, instead of waiting for 6 weeks with bated breath for points which may or may not possibly appear!!!**Thanks to everyone on here for hints, tips and advice!**:D

£36.25 for me today with 3000 from Riverbelle! Trying to get a few folk in work to sign up for Pigsback and claim any sort of reward given that it's a bit slow here on a Friday afternoon!Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0
