I have sent my confirmation e mails and my screen shots from Riverbelle but Rachel says I am not on the file and so cannot have my points. Very fed up with Pisgback.

I referred a friend but they will not give me my points, Rachel in Customer Service claims that my friend did not click thru my referral. Except I know that she did because I did it all for her via her email! How do you contest it they seem to have the upperhand on denying points.

Exactly the same thing happened with me referring my mum, though they said it was a googlemail problem (mum uses gmail) x

I've not had any Riverbelle points. Looks like I'm £2.50 down on that transaction then ( I can get my £5 deposit back but the bank took £2.50 off me for currency change :mad: )

Is it me or are Pigsback staff more unhelpful nowadays. I remember when you chased, they said you aren't on the file send us your confirmation and then you got your points (mostly) and now it just seems it's 'you're not on the file, you're not getting the points' even if you have proof of doing it

Ah, that could be it, we all use gmail too! Did they credit your points in the end?

I had the same problem when I referred a friend they refused to give me the points too even though I was there when she clicked through on the link. Has anyone got their Zubka points yet? I e-mailed but they said noone has theirs yet
