I posted the receipts First Class Recorded Delivery on November 13th to Pigsback, and sent another 2 on 27th November. Didn't realise it was 14 *working* days, I just assumed 2 weeks - doh! Maybe I'll give them another week for the ones I sent on 13th November then. Got another one from the weekend to send off too.
I'll wait til after the weekend then email I think, first checking with the Post Office that they were indeed signed for.
nothing stopping you emailing and enquiring if they received the receipts.. ive done this in the past just to make sure they got them

I have found it very handy to create a piggy file sub folder in my email account an keep all order confirmation emails in it, as they always request these be forwarded to them. In general the points seem to go on within a couple of days of chasing them up.
Thanks Nicandad, that's what I've been doing recently, I have 3 seperate ones for PB, quidco and all the surveys that I take and it's v useful as I can just check back on the dates which is how I could figure out so quickly that I should have had the points by now!
But anyone else who doesn't do this I would highly recommend it as then you know exactly where the emails are, you won't accidentally delete them and you can find them easily and quickly if PB/quidco/whatever need confirmation emails... As they usually seem to!**Thanks to everyone on here for hints, tips and advice!**:D

I cannot see the question on the page, what am I doing wrong?
A couple of other PB users have had the same issue, a couple of pages back, may even have been the last page was a couple of posts about it, think they've stopped doing it. SO we either get 10 points less a week or there's a glitch!**Thanks to everyone on here for hints, tips and advice!**:D

Is it me or are pigsback staff slipping.....i mean nearly every signup/shop i have done i have to chase up piggypoints. Of course i wait till the due date and then email but still it is getting annoying. It may just be me but i do believe if you promise something you should deliver it - surely it cant be that hard. Plus they now take at least 3 working days to get back to me each time.
Well i hope its just a blip as i really do love pigsback but i cant fathom the energy to keep up chasing them all the time.
Grrrr. Sorry all....just a little vent of my frustration.Mummy of 3 lovely munchkins :smileyhea0
