Has anyone had any trouble getting Lovefilm points? I did the free trial on 16th October...... emailed pigsback on 16th November enquiring about my points (impatient, me?!), they replied to say they were still awaiting the confirmation from Lovefilm.

Emailed again yesterday and pigsback asked me to forward the confirmation email from Lovefilm which I did. I've just had another reply from pigsback saying:

"We credit PiggyPoints based on the list of members that LoveFilm return to us. I am afraid your details were not passed on to us by this partner. Therefore we are unable to credit these PiggyPoints. "

I am NOT a happy piggy :( I've emailed them again to say that's not good enough (but more polite than that!) and asking them to look into it further, but I'm really annoyed.

Anyone else had similar or have advice for me on what to do next? :(

Same thing happened to me, I joined on 7th Oct and emailed about 5 or 6 weeks later, was told to forward confirmation email which I did and was told they were waiting for the file from Lovefilm. I emailed again a couple of days ago, and was told my name wasn't on the list blah blah. I replied saying was there any chance they could check it as I definitely ordered Lovefilm via Pigsback (having never heard of it before :rotfl: ) and next morning the points were in my account. So I'm a happy piggy in that respect.

However, still waiting for some South West Trains ones, some Figleaves ones, and OH hasn't had his Holiday Inn ones which are supposed to take 2 weeks and it's been over 3 weeks. I've not put in an enquiry for those yet as I feel like I'm constantly nagging Pigsback at the mo  but in general am addicted to the site :D

with the holiday inn ones did you send in the receipt to pigsback office,, i've found with the holiday inn ones i give them 14 working days from when i think they will have received the receipt and Ive always had them in my account, if you dont have them and you have posted off the receipt i would email them as they might not have got the receipt in the post.

There is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. That word is England.

    £2 savers club 2014 No.32 - £104 (was £504)

I had to chase up the Holiday Inn points, even after allowing posting time + 14 working days etc.

The best hotel offer is Roomex as you get 2000 (£20) within 48 hours (it does say 24, but....) and the prices are very good compared to Hotelclub IMO.
I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.
  • darn it! how long has that roomex 2000 points been there?

I literally booked a hotel in Dublin a week ago through roomex starting to wish I had checked out pigsback first! :(

oh well still getting to see Westlife in Dubs! YAY :j :j :j

Has anybody had their runner up 50 points for pauls friday quiz just yet? I've just emailed to ask about them, thought I'd remind others on here, as I remember a few of us won it.
Just thought I would update on this. I've had an email from Pigsback this morning telling me to allow another week for the PiggyPoints to be credited.

    Hope this helps. :o
