Another one still waiting for points and I signed up mid-November. Note to self - get on the phone and cancel free trial NOW! :D
when hubby did the experian free trial , it took about 6weeks from the date he pasted the reference number in to the box to get the points. He went to cancel and found they had already cancelled him after 28 days and not taken any money from his card.

Are pigsback getting worse for tracking things? I've had 3 or 4 things not tracked, and luckily kept the e-mails/screen shots to prove I've actually ordered the stuff and hope they will be added.

I bought two train tickets (worth £100!!) with Southwest Trains via Pigsback but the points haven't been credited to my account. Have e-mailed them and have been asked to forward my booking confirmations which I have.

Has anyone else had this problem, and am I likely to get the points does anyone know? I lost my £20 Arcadia vouchers I ordered so I was relying on getting these points for some pennies to spend on myself this Christmas, boo!

I booked tickets on sunday and within 24hrours the points were credited to my account. It does state on the offer points are credited after 24hrs,as long as you have your confirmation you should get themZoe
