Anyone else experienced a long wait for John Lewis vouchers recently? I ordered £80 worth (lots of lovely points for train tickets through the SWT offer) on the 18th of November and they haven't arrived. Have emailed Pigsback but no response yet.

My OH ordered £110 of JL vouchers on the 16th, just before they went out of stock. I have been sent £10 JL voucher in the meantime but we've still not received his. Haven't emailed them yet as have had to do it so many times in the past.... really want them soon though.

Hi. This is my first post so hope I'm doing it right!

I ordered £20 John Lewis vouchers on 19th November and they only arrived in the post yesterday. I would probably send them a chasing email if you haven't received them by the end of this week.

i ordered £50 of john lewis vouchers on 15th November and have only recieved one so far. I have also emailed them to ask where the others are. i expect they have run out of them!

Sorry Jules, can you explain to me please how I figure out the answers for the crossword reading down? I've worked out how to get the answer for the across clues but then I'm just left with a bunch of letters.

I am not sure what you are asking but here goes anyway.

If you mean to select down option just click the top of the answer and if it is still accross click it again and it should change to down allowing you to type in the answer.

What most of us do I think, is click Jules first link and start the cross word.

Then click the 2nd link and its done.

But I do something different.

I start the cross word as above by copying the link and pasting it into the pigsback address bar. (same as clicking link but no referal address)

Then I right click Jules 2nd link and choose properties then right click and hold down at start of "http" and scroll mouse over the text and keep going reveling hidden text (the cross word answers) I then right click and select copy while the text is still highlighted.

I then past that into the pigsback address bar and crossword is completed.
