any one else having problems gettin there boots vouchers from piggy i ordered £50 and got nothing from them been 3 to 4 weeks now
Hi Wideboy. I'm really annoyed with PB at the mo. I got several friends and family to join up singing it's praises. We've all spent a lot of time clicking and signing up to stuff. Comes to ordering the vouchres and not a single one has turned up in the four weeks they have started ordering. Not only do I look a bit of a wally now but that's 8 £10 vouchers just vanished with PB accepting no responsibility! Some were Boots and others Arcadia.0 -
I ordered a stress pig through my MIL's account during the middle of last week and received an A4 envelope through the door all ripped open with just a compliments slip in
I went in search of our postman which I found round the corner and he said it must have been done at the sorting office and he would drop a missing item form in. I asked if he could check to make sure that it hadn't 'dropped' out in his bag and after a few seconds of rummaging pulled out Curly looking rather embarrassed! I think he wanted him for himself! I should have offered to refer him :rotfl:I will just have to wait and see if he would like my pink pigsback shopping bag that I ordered a couple of days ago.0 -

in rachels defence she has been really helpful with all my queries and i cant fault her, mabey she the only one thats got the bottle in that company to answer email complaints wether the outcome is good or bad.Those we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,

Any communication I've had seems to be with Rachel, maybe there's several people in the complaints/enquiries department who just use the name to stick at the end of a response instead of their real name... Tho think it was on the board before this one, someone was saying to address enquiries to a different name and they seemed to be dealt with better?
BTW, did they used to do PB mugs? I'd love a couple but think they must have gone out of stock or something.**Thanks to everyone on here for hints, tips and advice!**:D

It IS PBs responsibility to get the vouchers to you....so keep on at them!! I have had vouchers not turn up before and emailed PB, who just said "Check with your sorting office". So I did, and obviously the vouchers were not there, so I emailed PB again, said I had checked and the sorting office had no sign of them, so could they (PB) send out replacement vouchers ASAP. And they did.
If PB choose not to send the vouchers via a recorded delivery service it is their problem if they never arrive. Dont give up.... keep emailing them!

Was just having a look to see what I fancied ordering due to my quiz win and RB points credit and noticed this in the delivery details:

HI, I've pretty new to this. Can anyone tell me how long it usually takes them to earn a £10.00 voucher? I've done some of the clickthrough things and have earned £1.80 so far, how long before I get £10.00?! I'm impatient!
Also how many points do people roughly earn a day?
