Check for errors in

Did you use a partition manager program to originally create the disk or clone over to it from an older hard disk?
Is the BIOS in UEFI or legacy BIOS mode?0 -

Were MS able to log straight back in again - without any intervention from yourself - when it was completed - at first boot ?
If yes - then they did not do any upgrade or clean install at all - since the very act of replacing OS files - will wipe the access ...
That is a common claim by MS - When ALL that they are doing is running SFC and similar utilities !!0 -

Im honesty not too sure to be honest, goes abit over my head now days. From memory windows preinstalled on the SSD when I got the PC, I think but cant remember that I upgraded to windows soon after as it was new then, if that helps at all?
Sorry to be abit vague and appreciate all the replies0 -
Run diskpart and type "list disk"
exit when done0 -

He downloaded the tool, then tried running the upgrade and it just said " sorry we are having trouble determing if your PC can run windows 10" so thats literally all that happened
I personally think its an issue from upgrading from windows 8 to 10 years ago and the SSD but i might be wrong completely0
