Not double cleansing but there is an offer on at Boots which might be useful. It's on this site somewhere but what I saw in the paper was if you buy anything from Boots you get a voucher for £10 off a £20 No7 spend. I think that's the gist of it and it ends on Sunday. If it's a brand you use, read up what Martin has to say he's probably better at explaining it!:money::rotfl:
It's not the one that I use, but will be looking at those on the way home tonight as I happen to have one of those vouchers in my purse, so feeling a little splurge of the bigger size of my usual face wash, and some no7 bits and pieces, as I have an offer on my boots card of extra points when you spend over £20, and also a double points voucher :rotfl:0 -
I have been double cleansing for quite a few years now, I prefer a balm or oil cleanser for the first cleanse and then a creamy one second, both removed with a muslin or flannel and warm water. I have sensitised areas on my cheek bones so have to be careful what I use. I have tried lots at various prices, but would like to work towards only buying less expensive/mid range going forward.
I love some of the Elemis and Emma Hardie ones, but too expensive. Currently keen on Body Shop Camomile Butter and Oil cleansers, No 7 Radiant Results, Superdug Vit E Oil, but the wash off cream ones are a no-no, Superfacialist rose cream cleanser and Liz Earle Cleanse and polish. I do sometimes use the same thing both times, i.e overnight stays away or when I am nearly at the end of a product and want to get it finished.
Very annoying about the price and size variations:( I hope that you find something that you like.
Seems no7 have a cleansing balm that will tie in nicely with me spending £20 to get £10 off, so will give that a go0 -
I double cleanse for 4 years.greasy balm and then the micelluar water. It works me. I find that I need to melt the makeup off the face. It saves money long term as the oil based cleansers are effective and allow less cotton pans and cleanser to be used.
I spotted a few on little woods at a great price. Clinique and the body shop one are excellent.0 -

I'm a big fan of Clinique, it's just quite pricey. Just looked up their face mask as that always did wonders and it's £25! not surprised for how good it is, though.0 -
Double cleansing all the way.
. It's how I was trained, sorry I've never mentioned it .
You don't have to use separate products, it's not strictly necessary. Just use what suits you best,0 -
A good balm lasts me about 6 months as you need so little. The lotion cleansers are not able to shift waterproof makeup. My skin can sting with some cleansing lotions so honestly I don't use them at all.
What works for you may be totally different.
Dealing with humidity was hard today as it was on the cusp of rain. It's a real pity there is no light weight non heat retaining jacket that does not look like a poncho. If any one has an elegant solution.
Popped into my local charity shop and it was really poor stock. I've a bit more to declutter but it would be welcome getting it done now, before the cold comes in fully. A serious cull of items is needed. A good wardrobe is like a garden, lots of dead heading and removing stuff from the last season.0 -
I was intrigued by the balm when I opened it, I think I was expecting something more fluid! Felt lovely being massaged into the skin though, and my skin feels lovely after have done the double cleanse and my usual other stuff
I opted for a lipstick to take it over £20 and by some miracle found a very subtle shade that actually looks nice on mea productive trip!

Double cleansing? Is that like cleansing, toning and moisturising?
I use some facial/ almond oil and then an exfoliating facial wash and then moisturiser. I'm layering two different moisturisers at the moment.
I am getting my mini trampoline out today and I'm going to do 5/10 minutes a day. It really tones up your body quickly as it is so high intensity. I was thinking about going out to meet my friends next month! I haven't seen them in 6 years and I want to look my best!:rotfl:

So it is basically what I do already!0 -
Good morning lovely ladies
Looks like the mini heatwave is about to begin.. I'm going to go into the city this morning before it gets too hot. Then I'm going to just enjoy the weather for the next few days. The last gasp of summer.
I've got another two mozzie bites....the one on my arm is particularly nasty. I didn't get this many when I was in the Amazon...... Need to start taking preventative measures.
Trampolining sounds like fun.:D0 -
Ps. Holland and Barrett have their penny sale on the moment and Sainsbury's have some good offers on housewares.0
