Are they seersucker maman? I love seersucker, I have a lovely new duvet cover in it, looks lovely and fresh and doesn't need ironing. Those trousers look very smart, I bet you're getting excited about your holiday now.
I've taken the cards down, I can't face the tree yet. I feel so rotten, I just hope this cold goes soon.
I've looked at my routine and I've decided I'm doing well with
a. I floss and/or use interdental brushes every day and see the hygienist every 3 months
b. I always use spf15 moisturiser and on sunny days spf 50
I need to start doing
a. Get my hair cut which involves finding a good hairdresser
b. Get some new make up, I'm thinking of going to a make up counter and getting some advice. I don't wear much make up and it is probably all past its sell by date.
I'm happy with
a. My new neck cream, it is making a difference
b. My flaxseed oil, definitely helping my eyes and my skin
c. New Philip Kingsley products, have to decide if I can invest in more
I feel quite happy just need to get rid of this cold.
Hope all sick people are feeling at least a bit better.
Any make up recommendations gratefully received, particularly mascara and foundation.0 -
Hello Ladies,
I was not able to go to the theatre today. After more than 10 years of use my printer would not work and my mobile is not connected to the internet, so I could not print my free theatre ticket. My new Cannon printer has been ordered from eBay from Curry's/PC World
Rather than waste the effort I had made to look groomed from head to toe, I decided to go to my local Odeon and use the Chilli Odeon ticket my daughter gave to me last year. I watched The Favourite. I really enjoyed it. The 3 women leads were exceptional in their roles especially Olivia Coleman. I would give this film 8/100 -

Thanks for that review sugarbaby . I've just read a newspaper review but I trust yours more.0 -
I do like Olivia Coleman. What a shame about your printer. Do you use TopCashBack? I've used it for alot of Christmas shopping and changing insurance and I've got almost £60 to spend and another £70 to come. Not a fortune but definitely useful. I also followed Martin's advice and got an American Express credit card to do the Christmas shopping and have almost £80 cashb.ack on there. Every little helps as they say0

1500kcal and 40 minutes run. I wanted to buy hair bands and I forgot. Not very good start for this thread. I'm trying to tidy up my eyebrows, but possibly I should go to the beauty place, I hate plucking, prefer waxing. Another day without alcoholic beverage, I really miss it.0

I like the idea of a book a month. My reading has plummeted since I started wearing glasses as it seems harder work, so 'll work on that.
Painted toenails today and took down most of the decorations.
I have not eliminated sugar totally BUT I have reduced it - going in the right direction. Too scared to try on my work clothes yet, I will do it Sunday night after a couple of days of eating lighter.
Onwards and upwards everyone!:rotfl:0 -
Just back from an hour and half swimming .I am now showered and hair washed have found the body butter that matches my shower gel so I smell lovely. Now sporting bright blue toe nails.
I have a pair of shoes that I have had for about 4 years they are now beyond repair RIP fav comfy shoes.0 -
I had a clear out of my wardrobe yesterday. I had about half a dozen items that I was reluctant to get rid of, even though I haven’t worn them in years. As my wardrobe is full to bursting, clearing out these items means I have more space for new stuff.0

Feeling a bit low today. Fell asleep earlier so no doubt will be up late tonight. Going to meal plan tomorrow with what I have in the freezer.
Another one who tends to only read when on holiday.
Going to give the house a good clean this weekend and will have a bit of pampering. Hopefully that will lift my mood.0 -

Humpty I use Quidco for cashback on online purchases. I also have my Nectar card linked to my eBay account so I get Nectar points on my eBay purchases as well as a little cashback. It all adds up.I prefer not to own any credit cards.
