The only option on an iPhone is to backup to iCloud, there is no way to restore from iCloud on an Android handset...

Some people are incorrectly thinking that a backup of your WhatsApp chats create some sort of file called ‘WhatsApp backup.zip’ or something. This is not the case.

Because WhatsApp have correctly integrated iCloud backups into their app the resultant backup file isn’t a user accessible file.

WhatsApp would need to implement the option of backing up to other cloud services (such as one drive or dropbox) which would create a backup file you would then be able to import into an android phone.

You will need to contact WhatsApp to ask them to integrate this functionality into their app.

There is currently no easy way of moving WhatsApp backups between android and iOS.

You may have to pay for an app which will help failing the Google Drive method.
