Hiya Coupon Mad,
Thankyou so much for your reply... if I may explain I have been suffering from PTSD which I have been receiving treatment for via the NHS which only ended yesterday.. this can make even daily living tasks difficult, let alone preparing a defence...
My treatment finished yesterday as I said.. so now I am trying my hardest to get up to speed and take it all in as there is no way I could have taken in that sort of information prior to getting NHS help (it just was too much for my brain)... I did try and found I couldn’t take in any of the information or make sense of it...
Will do as you say and start preparing now.. fingers crossed I can do it.. I found it hard enough just to even make sense of how to use this site and access the threads recommended hopefully I can do it now!!
Thanks again for your advice1 -

Hiya Keith P.
Thankyou so much for your reply, am sorry but am not sure what you are referring to when you say post hash 2 (can’t get that hash button to work here) of the newbies sticky thread as clicked on your link to it but can’t see anything with a hash 2 listed..
Sorry if I’m being dense here have just been recovering from PTSD (see my later post on this thread) and having to all of a sudden get up to speed which is proving very stressful..
Is there a post labelled hash 2? Or what exactly do you mean.
Thanks again0 -
Hiya Reds,
Thanks so much for your reply and explaining the process to me.. If you read my reply since yours to Coupon Mad, I have been suffering from PTSD which has made life and things like these very difficult.. so your help is much appreciated.
Re the counter claim, the form I received N9B (SDT) says Defence and Counterclaim so I assumed that this was the form I would put my defence on.. it’s not that I want to make a “counterclaim” , just to defend myself against this ticket that’s all..
I will re email an SAR to the DPO @ the PPC showing the claim form as ID...
I did do this previously and sent all kinds of ID, but it appears I did not receive any reply previously.. I did not follow this up as was suffering with PTSD which has made even daily living difficult, so I wouldn’t have been on the ball enough to realise I didn’t get a response from them at the time.. Will do this v soon.
Thanks again0 -
Follow the instructions by KeithP to the letter
None of your papers from the CCBC will be used , not one
The AOS is done online
You have no counterclaim , you are defending in full , like the newbies thread post #2 tells you
The defence will be emailed as a pdf attachment before the deadline listed by KeithP
Later on , your DQ will also be emailed
Lastly , each post has a number preceded by a hash , so this post is #36 for example , look at the top right for the hash plus post number , that's all it is , nothing special , your first post was #12 -
Are you perhaps using a phone to navigate the site?(can’t get that hash button to work here)1 -
No, it’s the keyboard! My 3 button has 2 symbols above it and when you press the shift key it types the other symbol a “£” and have tried all I can think of to get the hash symbol!
Thanks0 -
You don't need to type the # symbol.
You need to be reading the second post on the NEWBIES thread - that's all I was saying. The second post - on any thread - is known as post #2.2 -
as above ..... its not needed now .... but your keyboard setting might not be set to uk/english

Thanks for clarifying that Keith P, have read the other post now so realise I don’t need it!0
