Thanks Coupon Mad for alerting me to this! No, have not physically had time to read every thread or look into how to even do this... have looked at that one now in some depth and am considering if I make a next move... as am sure many are sick of the amount of time this takes us innocent victims of these scams to defend..
. i know I am sick to the teeth of how much of my life this has taken up so far especially as was Ill with PTSD for some of it which meant understanding things took a lot longer for me. And had to keep repeating things and revisiting them.. even the site of the car park 6 hours drive from my home on two or 3 occasions... plus my Mum and daughter who live nearer to it visiting and filming also..

I almost want an example to be made to stop this sort of thing from happening again as am sure you all are here... so as a Buddhist am chanting ( Nam Myoho Renge Kyo) for the best possible outcome right now so that I take the wisest steps too... Thanks again, will keep you posted of my progress.

Just send the solicitors the same email that person did, tweaked to make sense but using the same wording.

Thanks Coupon Mad, have just sent a slightly amended version of it detailing my costs also thus far plus a bit more... will let you know what happens. Keep fighting the good fight! You forumites are a godsend.. not that I believe in God as I’m a Buddhist!
