Hastings !!!!

They are a pretty unscrupulous company. Last year I changed my motorbike for a newer model halfway through a policy. They refused to cover the new bike as it "exceeded the engine size they covered" (it was 45cc larger as the engine had changed but the model was the same) . They would not refund me any money as "I had cancelled the policy" and they wanted to charge me another £37.50 "admin". All I could get was the admin fee waived so they kept 6 months policy (£200) plus I did not accrue 6 months NCB. The OP's story does not surprise me0

Am I missing something?I cancelled my Hastings Policy on 1/12/18, I was paying £74.84 per month via DD. Was told I was due a £91.58 refund which will be sent out in the post in 7-10 working days,...
If you are paying the £74 premium monthly by DD, how come you are £91 in credit?
Especialy as these policies tend to have a cancellation admin fee to factor in as well.
I'd understand if you'd paid the full annual premium up front, but......... :huh:0
