Power hosed the front garden and back yard yesterday also, and a load of stuff that hasn't been looked at in years were put into the bin from the yard also. It's looking much more tidy now.
3 items sold on ebay were posted yesterday, have 2 returns to make to Amazon however I ran out of time today to post them so they'll have to wait till next week when I'm home again.

I've been going through my fabric cupboard and now have a bag of bits and pieces to go to the library - they run craft sessions for children and welcome scraps of fabric.
Also,I went through my book shelves and have quite a few for the CS, books I haven't looked at for ages, so they might as well go, with some clothes that haven't been worn for quite a while.
I've got some clothes that are not quite good enough for the CS, but could go to the textile skip at the tip, so that's another bag. I also put some shoes in the shoe recycle outside our cobblers, that's so handy.
At the beginning of the year I had a massive de clutter, since then I've been taking the odd bag to the chazzer, but over the last two days I've sorted out quite a bit of stuff to go.
I'm far more ruthless than I used to be, I used to hang on to stuff for far too long.0 -

Someone help me. I decided to make a start on the deep clean and declutter of DS bedroom.:o:rotfl:
So far a bin bag of rubbish, a carrier bag of charity shop stuff and a bag of paper recycling. All this from his bookshelf. I've barely scratched the surface but it's a start. I'm going back in shortly to make a start on the wardrobe. I may never be seen again.1 debt v's 100 days chapter 34: T3sco bank CC £250/£525.24 47.59%

Hello all, rather a lot of life getting in the way of posting here recently!
The plumber has just finished installing a completely new bathroom - old one was completely ripped out! We now have a shower for the first time ever, and the littlies have been using it more than us!! :rotfl:
Lost track recently, but over the last week I've de-cluttered:
333-334 2 bags garden rubbish to the tip
335-340 large cardboard boxes (from new bathroom) to the tip
341-343 3 bags general rubbish to the tip
344-355 12 jars/bottles to the glass bin at the tip
Not done much today, except for a brief tip run, as we're melting - 36'C in Yorkshire, unheard of!! Tomorrow, if it's less warm, I'm hoping to do a ruthless purge of all our clothes, clear the dining table, and make a start on the attic, unless it's too hot up there.
I also need to sort through all the kitchen cupboards - pots and pans, crockery, ambient foods, etc - think that will be a whole weekend's work alone!!
Been reading to catch up - some fab stories, keep it up, folks!!
