Its early but I'm sat down and I'm not moving - at least no more than is needed to get to the kitchen and then to bed so

    Steps: 2600 (desk bound)
Veggie: No meat, but tuna mayo in my sandwich from work
NSD: Not even a charity flapjack
Weight: Good, but may bring a beer back from the fridge - it has been one of THOSE weeks

Make/Save - engineered it so a new responsibility comes with with an allowance that is small but could be £200 by the end of the year. Saved another £6 on petrol by empty-tanking all the way to my cheap office petrol station

    Clean/Fix - not today!!

Will be doing my 1 week into the month spreadsheet tomorrow so I can try monitoring in month spends the budget. so that'll be exciting

    Steps 8600
    Veggie - No
HSD - shopping at Mr L and Mr S just under £100 for both
Weight - mainly healthy - nice cider tonight

    clean/fix - well a clear 10/10 today
    * fixed the drain attachment from the kitchen sink which had come loose after 22 years
    * cleaned DS1 room after he had asked me for some help dismantling his bed - 2 trips to the tip and a lot of elbow grease from us both, but mainly him, his room is cleaner than its been for a while

    make/save -
    * make : continuing the saga of antandec - another email written to help DS2 retrieve his money
    * Save : a friend provided one fish pie for help my OH and I gave to her - it was lovely
    * Made 32p from coins I picked up from all the tidying

Well done for fixing the sink.

Thank you - I'm not Mr Fixit or even Bob the Builder, but it was satisfying working out what had gone wrong and getting it right+ all the overflow water gave the tiles a good shine and they look great now as well

Steps: 4700 - mainly sat down after a busy start to the day
Veggie: No. DS1 GF bought a Giant steak pasty back from Cornwall. I was doing fine until then
    NSD
Weight; Bit snacky in the morning, but healthy lunch and then a pasty so balances out

Clean/Fix - more help to DS1 in his room and a declutter outside + foxed a sofa DS1 got off Facebook so it would get up our narrow staircase. I fixed it with a saw and a sledgehammer - now its sweet :-)

save/make - I'm counting the pasties as saving cost of supper -although we were having baked potatoes and beans so only a small saving

budget analysis looks good, we've been quite busy decluttering which is free so less time spending.

I am going to play around with it a bit more as its not quite working how I thought it should

    Veggie: Yes,but not vegan
NSD - 2 in a row for the first time in ages
Weight; Quite good, although 1xcustard cream and 1x tesco magnum thing

    Clean/Fix - nothing really
save/make - nothing, although helping DS2 prepare for his UC session and even more paperwork

steps - 4800 - Had a walk around after I parked up at work but before I entered the building
Veggie: Veggie until supper - when Burgers!!
NSD - 3 in a row unheard off and OH has also been NSD - but one CC and a loan go out of the account today so its a big net negative and now well in OD territory even allowing for some money's coming in later

clean/fix - dish wash this morning, bins this evening - life in the fast lane - and helped my DS1 and GF make the bed they have ordered but without having to do mch myself - result!

save/make - organised DS2 to get doen to the job centre by himself, which is actually an achievement needing his energy levels high and anxiety low - but he did it and was rightly pleased with himself as was I
