Group question... I have found a sealed pack of buffalo mozzarella dated 4 Jan in the fridge left over from new year. Would you risk it....I think I 'm probably going to if it tastes okay and doesn't smell funny
My experience is that the bag it is in will swell up if it has gone over - otherwise it will be fine. Goodness, what happened - the GC has exploded. Just read 1 page, will catch up when i can. Congrats Jings on the wedding. Belated HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone. I'm on a health kick, as per and dry January, so hopefully no buying booze. Can you put me down for £70 this month. I have a packed freezer n full cupboards, just short on fridge stuff, n fresh veg. I have spent £11.81, plus £7.49 from bulk fund, which is at zero, as it's a new year, so now in deficit 'till I build it up from left over GC monies.0

I ate the mozzarella and survived! It was absolutely fine... I don't have to add it to my items bought and wasted list!
Had to rejig my grocery budget as I realised I haven't allowed for supplements/vitamins in my overall budget. My grocery budget has been reduced by £10 to £190. Still achievable I think.
