going to try run club tonight for the first time since injuring my toe. I have been walking every day, and did as much as my older dog was up for in the New Forest last week, but that is it.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Pensions, Annuities & Retirement Planning, Loans

A big target hit this week, my move more eat less program is in its 91st day, my BMI is down from 35 to 29.8 so officially I am no longer obese :cool: 15.4Kg lost which is really noticeable climbing hills on the bike.
Trying to fit in at least 2 100km rides in a month, and hope to be fit enough to ride a 200km ride later in the summer.0 -
43.88 miles for me last week. The dry weather has definitely helped! I'm going out for a walk about 7.30 am every day over the Easter weekend, it's the most comfortable time to be out when it's hot.
