42.08 miles this week. I was determined to get over 42 miles!

Total for the year so far is 478.43.

I may have missed a week, but this week I managed 49.8 miles to bring me up to 540 miles for the year. Mostly thanks to a 20 mile race today.

I am going to miss run club this week as I was very clumsy and kicked the leg of a very solid table with my little toe. It is all very blue now and the only shoes I can get on to walk the dogs are my riding boots with the innersole taken out. No chance of getting a running shoe on, even if I could then run in it. So annoying

W/c 4/3 - 28.3 miles
W/c 11/3 - 30.3 miles
W/c 18/3 - 30.07 miles

Now at 345.66 miles - on target

Three months gone, and somewhat behind on my cycling target of 5000km for the year (950km so far) but will be ramping up the distances in the warmer months.

The eat less bit is going better, and have managed to loose 13.5Kg (2st 1.7lb) another 15kg to hit my initial target.

42.99 miles this week (that .99 is really annoying!) and 185.48 miles walked this month.

That makes 528.2 miles this year so far.

This week will be a low mileage week as i won't be running now until sunday.
