I'm currently up to 232 miles (out of 1000) so need to up my game if I'm to stay in it to win it! I've finally got an operation date for a couple of weeks time, which will have me out of action for a while but hopefully I'll be able to be a lot more active again once properly recovered as I've been really struggling the past several monthsMFW2023 challenge #99: £1090.11 / £1,000 MFiT-T6 (Jan 2022 - Jan 2025) challenge #99: Reduce mortgage to £400,000. A bit lower than I wanted but still on target. Total for the year so far is 990.20. I need to up my weekly totals a little bit, which will be easier if it ever stops raining!0 -
48.2 miles for the week running bringing me up to around 1074 miles for the year so far. Really should keep a track of the bike miles too  as I have done 1700 of those!“Time is intended to be spent, not saved” - Alfred Wainwright0

Just the 40.4 miles run this week, but in my defence I did race today so had to take it easy for some of the week. 1114 miles for the year to date.“Time is intended to be spent, not saved” - Alfred Wainwright0

Another low mileage week for me due to racing again today. Sadly racing next week and the week after too now so they will be low also.
So just 31.5 miles to add to the total this week.“Time is intended to be spent, not saved” - Alfred Wainwright0 -
In July I walked 181.61 miles, bringing my yearly total to 1276.2.
I feel like I should be doing more miles per week but it’s been far too hot! I find it easier to walk when it’s cooler. Bring on the Autumn.0 -
And yet again I have gone ages without dropping in to report

Giving me a total to add of ......454.05 miles to add giving me a grand total of ........1,309.68 miles for the year. Not sure if Im on target or not but will keep on plodding. Im trying to increase my visits to the gym so hopefully that should improve things.
Mid June, we went to Cornwall for a week and did some fantastic walks. The most memorable was a coastal walk from Port Isaac to the next port which is Port Quin. It took us a couple of hours each way, not because of the distance but the inclines. I have never walked up and down so many steps in my life!! The scenery was beautiful though and I would recommend it if you are ever that way. I could barely walk the next day, my legs ached so much!
Keep on plodding everyone!Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600
