Is there any way of finding out which investments are available for investment through iii Portfolio Builder platform? Should I assume that any share or EFT listed on the LSE will be available?

Yep pretty much anything. You have to enter the epic code beforehand anyway and it'll say if theres a problem.

You cant buy etf quoted in dollars and it cant be an internationally quoted stock like virgin media. Crest stocks

What is the deal with share dealing fees? I'm sure that when I opened an account with Interactive Invester it said something about a £1.50 share dealing fee, but everything I've bought so far has cost £15-20 (£10 charge + extra stuff). Is this as cheap as it gets? Because of this I'm buying a minimum of £1000 worth of shares, does that sound about right?

    Hi
Dragon shares are currently worth 484p each.

If you hold them in paper-certificate form, Im sure you could take them to Barclays to sell.

    Regards:)

Could the share registrar be the cheapest way to cash out, Dragon will have their own stock broker I guess

    Hi guys,

I was wondering if you know of any UK broker that deal in US dollars. I have some US shares with III but they deal in £. I was looking on the Internet for UK brokers that deal in $, but I couldn't find any.I was thinking about opening a US dollar bank account to keep the money I make by selling shares in the US dollar bank account.Without worrying about the $-£ exchange rate...

    Does anybody know of any?

    Thanks in advance!!
