  • So sorry I haven't checked in at all, 2019 has started a little crazy. Have kept on track though and took my lunch in everyday I have worked, which is near on a miracle for me. So 8 days in for me :)
  • 5/19. First full week of work done and lunches from home all week. This thread is keeping me going and probably saved me about £15 already
  • Managed day 7 with weetabix for tea break, homemade soup for lunch and a piece of my aunties fruit loaf.

Day 8 - I took my tune, sweetcorn and mayo rolls with me to work, but had ate them by 10am. At lunch time a friends comes into my office and asks if I fancy sharing a plate with them. On the plus side I socialised and only spent half what I usually would. Need to ensure I take enough food with me, or not have it within reaching distance!

Day 8/16 completed yesterday:). I'm making more soup to freeze as I've used up most of the ones that I froze before and during Christmas. Still trying to decide what to make. Probably another batch of tomato and I might try something with celeriac too since I have both lurking in the fridge... That should give me enough lunches for the rest of Jan :D. hope everyone's having a good weekend

  • Number 30 here! I've taken lunch the last 2 days. Wednesday I only work half day so just took some fruit and yogurt to keep me going until I got home and yesterday I took some rice and fish, with a yogurt and fruit for after. xx
