    This was pretty much their response when we appealed with a copy of the ticket from their machine. I think the floodgates should open when people have legitimately paid to park and are still penalised.

    Private parking firm employees should be redundant, IMHO.

    Shut down the industry and force them to actually get a real job and for their 'paralegals' to actually use their qualifications properly.

    Hi, The job of ppc’s is to ensure that peopl pay the parking fee, park correctly, and don’t overstay. Why didn’t the MP ask Marland why HX still take people to court when they produced a ticket to prove that they’d paid.

    Pretty sure the judge on the day thought that as well. Got the distinct impression he wasn't best pleased it had gone to court and wasted his time.

    No it's not.

    We all know the aim of a PPC is to leech money from people for no service whatsoever, using aggressive and litigious tactics, if their consumer victims don't roll over.

    And that is why they need completely banning as an industry. No-one needs a PPC, at all, anywhere and the Country would be far better without them.

    The expenses turned up today which surprised me. So glad it's cost them a lot of money for this. If anyone else ever needs help against HX just let me know.
