Gladstones solicitors and HX parking management County Court letter.

So in April a driver of a car parked in a car park when we went to pay it asked us to put the registration of the car in which it just wouldn't let us do. I'm not bad with technology at all I'm qualified in IT service management. We put the money in for 3 hours and only stayed for 2 and a half. As expected a ticket landed through the post we appealed providing a picture of the ticket the machine printed out to say that we had paid and this wasn't sufficient evidence and basically said tough you'll have to pay the fine. We've appealed numerous times and now they've sent a County Court business centre in Northampton. In the letter it tells us to log on moneyclaim.gov.uk or something like that is this where we prepare our defence?

Start by reading the sticky thread for NEWBIES, (just under where you clicked on the
button) paying particular attention to post 2 that has a step by step guide to court from LBC (which is what you have received) up to the court appearance itself.
What happened when you complained to the landowner?
Please also complain to your MP about this unregulated scam.
I also suggest you edit your post to remove information about who parked. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper, wo are two different people.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
What I don't get is how they can say the ticket printed by their own machine isn't sufficient evidence what else can we provide to say it was paid?0

Will you please confirm the name of the parking company. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

do the AOS online as per the advice in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread , post #2
post your DATE OF ISSUE, the full POC and the charges breakdown and total below in your reply (after editing post #1)
then start to draft your defence and post the draft below for critique
as above , name the parking co, is it HX Parking ? (not Hong Kong Parking , lol)0 -

Because you are dealing with a money scammer and Gladstones, who are famous for being completely incompetent
You have a valid question and point. Gladstones won't understand this but a judge will and this is just one reason why Gladstones get whooped by judges0 -
I can't seem to edit the post now. I'm only on here asking on behalf of someone. I can post the charges and breakdown of them if necessary.0
-
so get them to post on this thread so we can advise them properly, posting what I asked earlier in a reply (or you do what I said on their behalf
and dont use a phone, use a laptop and you can edit whatever you like, including the thread title
you are dealing with sc@mmers, so no blabbing0 -
