Hi Muppets and thanks in advance for all your help this year
Grateful if you could add me. I have £8351 on my 0% CC. As its 0% I will be saving into a couple of N*tionwide flexi savers which will give me £6K by Dec 19 and will use my £2019 from the other thread to overpay the rest weekly (not weakly). I will track repayments and savings together as they are all going to the same place - fungible money sounds irresponsible but I am determined!
On top of this I will be making regular payments on car loan and mortgage and to DD2 at Uni. But lets gloss over that for now and concentrate on the killing the card in 2019. The others will be over in 2020canaryfeather wrote: »I'd love to join. Could you put me down for £4,000 please.
This includes my current outstanding debt of £2,801 plus some extra to cover expenses for a month long trip I have booked and the start of an emergency fund.
Welcome to the 2019 challenge. You have all been added to the list, your numbers will be coming out soonPAYDBX 2020 - #01 Pd £15,029.29 / £13,140.66 - 114% 🎉

Me again Muppets and its another case of 1 step forward 32 steps back as I don't think I managed to clear anything at all last year.
I think my figure is around £7000ish but I know I most likely wont be able to clear it all as I'm getting married in October! Lets try and get pretty close.
All the figures are in my house so if we start at 7000 I can get it updated as soon as I'm home.

Just worked out my figures Muppet and the total is £8231.79.
The BOM isn't too fussed as long as I actively start paying her back but with the wedding coming up Im not expecting to get it all cleared.
Made my first payment (I assume of many) of £2.09You have the same number again this year #36 Anything you are able to clear is all good.

Thank you.tearsandrain wrote: »Hi Muppets,
Please may I join, I have been a lurker last year and with the help of the thread this year I cleared my Halifax overdraft and catalogue debt.
I have around £1000 worth of debt left but with interest it will be around £1300 (unfortunately due to bad credit I can’t get a 0% card but pleased I have just one debtor now). Not sure I will be able to pay it all off but I am going to give it a good go!
I would like to set my target at £1300 please.
I don’t have a number but if possible could I have a number assigned to me that is a multiple of three please. No worries if not.
Looking forward to getting started.
Tears xx

I started the challenge last year but lost track, so not sure what my number wasthanks! x

I got VERY close though to under the £1000 mark, however a few unexpected things came up the last 5 months that meant I had to reach for my credit card again
In total my debt is up to £3,500. I've rounded that figure up to the nearest £100 to make it even lol. This year WILL be the year I am finally debt free and I will have managed to put savings away also. You have the same number again this year #57

It doesn't matter to me if you post multiple times or just once, i'm easy :rotfl:
Post as soon as you have an update, don't wait until the 1st Jan. Lets get some payments in already
A reminder to everyone when posting updates can you please remember to post total figures PAID and your NUMBERS.
(I know some of you are still waiting numbers, they are coming, I promise)
