Has anyone else had problems with customer support today? I put two tickets in this morning for non crediting daily surveys and replied to the automated email response. Usually I am credited manually quickly but have not had a cheep.

I was so excited I nearly changed the footer of my message to contain today's code, but alas it's not in yet ;)

Ahh, bad luck. I've done that kind of thing before. I think the first time I did Swago I clicked the 5sb complete thing thinking it was cumulative so I missed out on getting the full board, doh!

Have you replied to the first message from them? They now send an auto response asking you to confirm the information you sent is correct, then they usually credit when you've responded.

I had two bigs one (250sb and 120sb) that didn't credit earlier this week but both did after submitting a ticket

Hope I am posting this in the correct place, if not perhaps someone could point me in the right direction (quite a few threads seem to be closed). Earned enough to get £15 Amazon voucher, but it is asking me to verify my account with a pin, which was sent to my phone, but each time I try to input it it says invalid pin, anyone got any advice please. Tried on both laptop and downloaded the app to my phone as well.

I managed to contact Swagbucks direct and they sorted the problem for me
Thanks to all those that post.

You need to allow however many business days they say. They are very busy this time of year, particularly as they are a Jewish company and take different holidays because of this. You'll probably find it's a Jewish celebration day today. Don't forget how many thousands of gift cards they will be trying to issue before Dec 24th and they really are very good with that.
