Ignore the orange "Get Started". Select an option from the left-hand menu (I usually go for News) and then select a watchlist in the usual way. It will then work as you are accustomed to.
Thank you. I dont know how I missed thatHave you replied to the first message from them? They now send an auto response asking you to confirm the information you sent is correct, then they usually credit when you've responded.
Ive had a similar thing. I was doing a mobile survey yesterday & whilst doing the classification questions, my screen went blank, & then I was on the watch screen. I emailed & received an automated message that says this:
"We’ve summarized your information below and assigned the following ticket # .
We do our best to resolve your ticket as quickly as possible, but due to the volume may take 14 business days. Our business hours are 9:00 am PST- 5:00 pm PST Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
We look forward to helping you resolve your inquiry"
So do I just reply saying "Thank you, the summary is correct"0 -
Has anyone else had problems with customer support today? I put two tickets in this morning for non crediting daily surveys and replied to the automated email response. Usually I am credited manually quickly but have not had a cheep.
I've noticed recently that responses and action on their part seem more aligned to US working hours. So given the time difference if you are logging tickets early UK time I'd suggest not expecting anything to happen until mid afternoon UK at the earliest.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. I've done everything in the Swago board apart from the Watch task which I cannot get to work in any browser. I tried the very useful tip of selecting one of the Swag TV Categories but I just get the "Oops ... looks like that one got away" message and after 2 seconds the page refreshes and shows nothing.
It's driving me mad!0 -

Ive noticed you only get 5 points for SELECTED completed columns this time around!0

I’ve just noticed on the swago that you get zero points for completing the right hand column. Which is the only column I usually get to complete because I’m an Apple user so cannot activate a banner on the shop pages or enter a swagcode via a swag button. No points for me from now on!

This credited after only entering my email address. I don't usually do this companies offers and didn't realise it was them (because they never credit usually) until I'd already entered my email. I closed the tab, but it credited any way.0 -
