I realised that was what I had emailed back to, so raised another query with SB then realised at the end of their email it says "Is that correct? Go ahead and reply back letting me know and I can move forward with submitting your information." I don't recall reading that before so I can't have read it fully, and I now have my SB having responded ...

my partner just informed me of a survey he just done for 60sb that was quick on periods, quite refreshing that they wanted a guy's opinion i suppose,

he didn't have, but there was an ncrave for me that had to tick through once timer ended only four times though only 1sb but it let me complete 5 times before disappearing, was credited as car buyer discovery

I cant get Booking Buddy or skyscanner to track I have done each one several times but no result, given up now, Its a pity as it seemed like an easy 10sb
