Discovering how bad TSB are
Comments
-
looks like they are only paying,
if you complained0 -
I know lots of people have had problems with TSB, but i'm quite happy with them. 5% interest on £4500 and £125 compensation for an inconvenience that never really inconvenienced us0
-
is it not 5% on £1500?[/QUOTE I suspect 3 accounts 1 for each person and 1 joint.
The 5% is good interest rate. I have had a TSB account for a few years. I find their app amongst the better banking apps.Paid off the last of my unsecured debts in 2016. Then saved up and bought a property. Current aim is to pay off my mortgage as early as possible. Currently over paying every month. Mortgage due to be paid off in 2036 hoping to get it paid off much earlier. Set up my own bespoke spreadsheet to manage my money.0 -
Datlex is correct. The wife and I have an account each and a joint account.0

Well, what a surprise!
If you didn't experience any difficulties why would you complain?
If you did have difficulties but didn't bother to complain then that's yours (or OP's ) problem.
No complaints = happy with the service.Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!

are you a bot for TSB ????????????????
If that is aimed at me- no!
I have learned from experience that if you have a valid point you complain politely.
If you have a valid point but just mutter and grumble but actually don't contact the business / firm concerned then nothing happens.
In the TSB debacle not everyone had a problem
Some folk had minor problems (me included, luckily it is not my main account.)
Some folk had very major problems and I hope they are compensated adequately for all the worry and frustrations involved.Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!
