Dear forum members,
Back on the forum after a long time. The Court hearing is a month's time, and we are reseraching the forum and building the witness statement .
This afternoon , we have from BWLegal , a post containing athe client's Notice of Discontinuance!! I will be contacting the court on Monday to check they have also received the same paperwork, as BW Legal state they have filed a copy to the court.
Cannot thank you all enough for the fantastic forum advice and the incredible support and encouragement .

That's good news. When you get confirmation from the court, shall you be rubbing their noses in it by reminding them of their desperate snotogramme from post 147 where they stated they were going to win and you had no chance?
Don't forget to include a picture of a chicken.

I would ask your MP to contact the SRA with a complaint about the bad behaviour of BWLegal.0 -

Have you asked them precisely what that now means for you, and what you (might) need to do right now?

Thank you Umkomaas .I emailed the Courts at their generic enquiries email ID yesterday .A clerk has replied this afternoon that the Judge has not returned the files.No advice as to what happnes next.0

Just to add that they received the notice on the 9th , and the file has been to the Judge on the 11th,,,that is almost two weeks ...0
