Do NOT worry about the fact they have printed out pages from this forum!!!, judges (and i speak from experience) do NOT care that LIP's have had help from forums like this it does not do your case any harm what so ever.

Just follow the advice you have been given previously and dont let them worry you

Beamerguy, you mean Photocopy all the pages ( 50+) , and send it to SRA, or just their letter will do without the 'enclosed posts'? These pages have not only the OP's posts but also posts from all of you..!

No there is not need for that, a complaint wont do any harm but dont expect anything to come of it

Indeed, if you are suffering the distress you have indeicated here, a complaint is in order

I would be interested to know how they intend to Exhbibit this "proof" - mostly because they have yet to file a notice to use hearsay. They have also NOT explained how their Attendant will be able to Attest some X months later that the person they saw is the person standing in court, to any reasonable standard? There is a reason police identifications have to occur within a suitable time, and use a panel of poepel for the witness to select from!

If they only intend to use WRITTEN Hearsay, as opposed to Oral evidence, then given the Attendant has

How will they write a STATEMENT OF TRUTH under penalty of perjury that the defendant is teh driver? They have nothing to tie the defendant of name X has anything to do with person Y they saw Z months ago!

I woudl ask them on what basis they feel the defence will be struck out, and if they feel so strongly, they should Apply to the court for a hearing to determine this.

TO be honest, its yet another desperate, desperate letter. If they were actually confident and COMPETENT they would jsut turn up to court, rather than bleating on and on and on, while potentially commiting a criminal offence of stalking and harassment.

Its crazy.

OP - keep going. Theyre SO bad I hope, despite the dsitress, you can have a laugh at their incompetence as well!

Send the SRA a link to this forum, and point out the enclosed 50+pages are just a printout of the forum. Youre not sure why they felt the need to waste so much paper, you presume they are being paid a hefty sum per page by their client.

The above two posts are spot on, As the parking company clearly know you are, can you advise which area of the country you are in as this would be an interesting case to go to (if it was local)

Just the letter BWLegal sent you, this is straight forward intimidation now and one to show a judge as well
Also send a copy to your local MP

Also name the parking company, TPS, for allowing such a trivial point to turn into aggression and indimidation.
These are the rogue companies that government will stop

Dear forum members,

Back on the forum after a long time. The Court hearing is a month's time, and we are reseraching the forum and building the witness statement .

This afternoon , we have from BWLegal , a post containing athe client's Notice of Discontinuance!! I will be contacting the court on Monday to check they have also received the same paperwork, as BW Legal state they have filed a copy to the court.
Cannot thank you all enough for the fantastic forum advice and the incredible support and encouragement .

BUT i would leave towards friday before you contact the court because most courts are behind on paper work processing!
