  • You put any witnesses you are calling , so that excludes yourself

You must ensure that any Witnesses you have , have their WS submitted in time

I think the document referred to earlier that you want is the Lay Reps Right of Audience.

    http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/1999/1225/made

    From the Parkingcowboys website.

and good old gov.uk Practice Direction, Representation at a Hearing (3.1 and 3.2)

    Put 2 down
THe DQ is there to give an idea how long to allocate for the case, nothing more. 2 is better info than "TBC" (in reality None, as no actual WITNESS will turn up for the claimant), and it isn 100 witnesses.
Youre strerssing over a very nminor detail :)

Thanks for sending the three links ,Fruitcake-very helpful.

Nosferatu1001, the confusion is because ,if I put 2 and then at a later stage decide not to take the second witness along ,will it be a problem? Wasn't sure .

Does anyone think that this will actually get in front of a judge?

Surely the Panama Hat argument would sway it.

As BWLegal is involved, who knows ?
All this for a purported "walking off site", the courts have much better things to do than these time wasting claims from BWL.

Mind you, as this is turning into a vindictive claim, BWL best get a supercharged legal instead of the "rent a mouth" ones and when TPS lose, it will "cost them a lot"

In the recent HOC debates about PPCs, ISTR one MP venturing that such a term could be a violation of one's rights under the Human Rights Act.

we see many posts on here where gladrags or a claimant writes to the judge and defendant telling them who will not be turning up

so if the number falls later on, write to the court and claimant and tell them - simples
