Mobiles.co - Cashback warning

Hi mobile junkie I can't see anywhere it says anything about a cashbook contract it looks to be a normal 24month contract but what I'm asking is will it say in the info that's it's a cashback or will they hide it in the t and c I want the new s10 plus from them do you think I will be alright ordering from them with no problems thanks0

If it doesn't say there is cashback then it's not a cashback contract. As for the rest - probably.0

Well, they haven't improved in the slightest. Three claims, three late payments, one rejected claim (reversed pretty quickly due to my response) and now 3 LBAs.
You are still warned; CPW quite rightly has an appalling reputation for many reasons - this is just another.0 -
I took out a contract with them (cash back ,mobiles.co) but as I changed my mind about what I wanted to do with sims and contracts etc so I phoned them within a few days (well within my cooling off period of 14 days)They've supposedly sent the cancellation through to O2 and told them I don't want the contract any more,I rang a couple of days later to double check it had gone through as I hadn't yet had an email from o2 saying my contract was cancelled, they told me up to five working days before I hear anything, but I feel a bit worried about it,shall I ring o2 directly? (I'm not sure they can even help me as I went through mobiles.co)0

I wouldn't rely on anything Mobiles.co tell you - especially if it isn't in writing. I would call O2 again as the airtime contract is with them. Get a name and ask them to at least they can make a note before the end of the cooling off period in case you need it later.0

I'm so glad. The cancellation was successful.Since,I have been reading through lots of reviews and posts about mobiles.co .There are lots of terrible reviews for them, and also,it would seem, unless you jump through all the right hoops and get everything right you won't get the cashback.Good luck to people who feel they still want to go with them but to me the saving I would make isn't worth lots of hassle like that.I saw the cashback deal with mobiles listed here on moneysavingexpert and assumed it was all legit and would be no trouble. After having a bit more of a look around on the site I did come across a bit of a warning about them but I really think that there should of been a more obvious warning where it was listed in the deals.I am thanking my lucky stars I got out of their contract now0

It's not a problem if you're preapred to follows the groundrules and act as soon as they play games. Sometimes they try it on, sometimes they don't - but there are more genuine places for cashback deals. However, there's always a small risk - mainly if the dealer goes bust (resulting in only two or three left standing, less competition and easier claiming thanks to regulatory meddling).
I have now been paid this time round.0
