send a repeat SAR and insist on getting redacted PDT info for say half an hour either side of when you paid, also giving them the VRM of the vehicle you used for comparison (and any other VRM that you may have used by mistake)
like this one that went to NCP recently

Did you contact the landowner, karlaiskrazy? What did they say?Next, contact the landowner and request an urgent meeting ASAP (before court proceedings), providing him a document of this case and see if he can intervene. You are an angry customer that will never use their services again because of this PPC. If they cannot get the PPC to back off (they can), then get them to sign and date a WS (Witness Statement) which says that they do not wish this to go to court. Else, your next step is to send BW Legal and Letter of Clam rebuttal saying why you dispute their claim.0 -
Would there be any point in contacting the landowner when BWLegal have sent a County Court claim? This is to the registered keeper.0

Even a letter from that landowner that said something like:Sorry to hear about your predicament but there is nothing we can do about it at this late stage....would be useful to show that the landowner does not want the case to go ahead.
We did ask the Claimant to drop the case but they refused.0 -
Trying to find the landowner is like a needle in a haystack. LOL
How easy is this to find.

You could search the forum to see if it has been mentioned before.
You could tell us the more about the car park - attached to a shopping centre? - Hotel car park? - google the car park name - tell us more.0 -
If it's a large enough retail park with a name, I challenge any newbie not to be able to Google it and find who runs it among the first results, in 5 minutes flat.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Afaik, I suggested that approach before you had received a County Court Claim. I had got 2 PCN's cancelled just last month (at Letter of Claim stage) and BW Legal are now history for me. But still, as others have mentioned, it would definitely prove very useful for your case if you attempt to contact the landowner. I don't know the specifics of your case, but if it's a retail store (like mine was), just Google for the manager's name, else go in the store and ask around. Furthermore, I'd advise you to contact your local MP (again, Google for details) to get them involved in these civil matters. I contacted my local town councillor, who was fully aware of the problems regarding this PPC, as they have received many complains about it; he gave me reassurance and a breakdown-of-actions on what to do. The landowner is often more sympathetic about these cases as they tend to directly affect their customer relations, all because of greedy parking scammers and their robo-claim litigators.karlaiskrazy wrote: »Would there be any point in contacting the landowner when BWLegal have sent a County Court claim? Nonetheless, even if you time yourself out and let this go to court, you should still contact the landowner, because if you can prove they don't want the PPC to initiate court proceedings against you (yet the PPC ignore this) then you'd have a good defence regarding Landowner Authority. This is all mentioned in the NEWBIES forum-stickie post.0
