Would there be any point in contacting the landowner when BWLegal have sent a County Court claim? This is to the registered keeper.
A county court claim can be stopped at any time, right up to your day in court0 -
It was small centre mall, knocked down and around 50 spaces. Few shops surrounding. Google is my favourite tool :j0

So a letter came from BWLegal to the registered keeper.
Client details......
Balance due......
The amount of ccc summarised below.
What you need to do etc etc.
MCOL as sent, Landowner letter sent, another request to Britannia sent, local MP emailed.
Is there anything else to do or just defence now?

So KeithP no not new its another letter from BWlegal stating they have issued legal proceedings.
Their letter is a little odd, still asking for payment and what they accept.
'We may enter a CCJ?
wondering if this is a standard letter after the county court bulk centre one?
