We don't make enough complaints to the IPC. You can't email them but you can register to complain about a PPC, as long as you have complained to the PPC themselves first.
Be really robust and angry about that letter, in your complaints.
Absolutely agree, get a letter of complaint sent in and keep a copy, then take copy of the scumbags FRAUDELENT CCJ letter and have both letters in your evidence/WS bundle for the Judge.
If you get a decent Judge he/she will surely take them to task on sending these pure BS letters out, it makes a complete mockery of the Court system.0 -
@tom_cahill, any chance you could scan a copy of the VCS letter (suitably redacted of your personal information), so we can see exactly what they are saying, please?

Good news.
This went to court last week with the judge throwing out the claim and awarding me costs of £100.
It basically came down to the lease. He said if I knew the lease gave me a right to park there via my tenancy agreement then there is no logic to also displaying a permit that could be punitive if not adhered to "correctly" and the fact that they had issued me a new permit for that year meant that VCS knew I was entitled to park there and that was enough.0 -
well done ....
