  • Number #28 reporting in with a February Overpayment of £186.82.

A little bit under my monthly target, but having spent a considerable amount out on the house this month I feel like I've done pretty well.

Next month will see more capital spending on the house, but it should mean we are building equity which is all my mfw journey is really about. Build equity to get our next, more family friendly, home.

Well done everyone, big it small, can't wait to see what sort of house our overpayments so far this year could buy, something by the sea possibly?

Have a good end of the month.
    Wish.

  • #6 checking in with my February overpayments total of £747.92

This is made up of my usual direct debit to round the payment up, the amount of interest and a further £500.

Need to give DH most of the credit for this extra as he sold some sports memorabilia he found buried in his man cave. Hoping he finds some more :D but for now its back to random items to tree/bay.
